This album is a renunciation of existing standards at all points by redefining, developing and mucking out ballast. On »Schwörende Seen, Ihr Schicksalsjahre!« Adolar use it´s own style, genre, technique and speech. Simply comparing it with cross-references such as genres or concrete bands must fail. This doesn´t make it easy to describe that what has been created. But let me promise (dt. schwören) - it is very intelligent and extremly modern what this kids´re doing!

There are at some points Queenesque arrangements between weird pop, graceful classic mixed with a pocket full of megalomania like chorals or a minutelong organ play or 9/11 as time-base. And you will find Hip Hop influenced beats in the drumplay or simply detailed works by each instrument on each tone and in each vibe. In the middle of this complex building the words by Tom Mischok fit so well and have reducing effects on all complexity at some points. He is talking about little impressions of nowadays people. He finds wryly and bitter-sweet words on that. He appears sometimes as a outlandisch, nauseated observer while describing ordinary squares and their ordinary life.
